• Customer can request a return within 2 days from receiving the item, once this time frame is over , any return request will be rejected.

• The internal team will check internally the return case to determine either to accept or to reject it without providing any reason .

• incase we accepted the return request, we receive the item first to inspect it's quality , shapenwear has all the rights to accept or reject the return request without providing any reason after the inspection.

in case shapenwear accepted the return requent : -

• The refund will be issued up to 15 working days after we accepted the case. 
• We charge a  return fee 200 EGP for all returns which will be deducted from your refund.

in case shapenwear rejected the refund : -

• the item will be shipped back again from our facility to the client.
